(7) 1952, General American Transit Corp, Rail Tanker Cars, 56 Gage steel, held 8000 gallons of phosphorus, last inspected in 1988, each tanker weights between 61400 lbs and 61700 lbs, all certifications for Drain and Purge are available, rail road track is not included in this sale which must not be damaged, rail cars are located inside a restricted area of Pine Bluff Arsenal, previews are by appointment only with a 48 hr notice, tanker cars must be dismantled on site at buyer s expense, no cutting torches allowed, sheer only, all debris must be taken off site at buyer s expense, no loading assistance provide by GL or Base, buyer must coordinate with GL POC for burn permits each week as required by Pine Bluff Arsenal Fire Department, the site will inspected by the Fire Department at the start and end of each day of operation, buyer must provide GL POC with personal roster, any personnel involved with the operation must be an American Citizen, all vehicles are subject to search before entering Pine Bluff Arsenal, the buyer must meet and provide OSHA standards (i.e. hard hats, safety shoes, safety glasses, etc) while working on site; buyer must comply with all applicable Federal and State environment, transportation, safety laws and regulations, buyer is responsible for housekeeping in and around the rail cars and is required to meet safety and fire standards; all the buyer s personnel will have to attend a 15 to 30 min base safety briefing; base Fire Department will require at least 2 fire extinguishers on site, the buyer must ensure their vehicles/equipment and other equipment do not leak fluids, In the event of spills the contractor will take action IAW Pine Bluff s contingency plan; the buyer shall provide the storage of their person property/gear; Pine Bluff can and will inspect buyer s equipment prior to commencement of work, No Saturday and Sunday Operations.
